Why does my robot bump on the flat floor?

Post by lyz » 02 Sep 2019, 11:29

Hi,
I construct a robot scene, add the resizable floor. I think the floor is flat, but my robot maybe bump some places when it run on the floor. I have checked that there's nothing on the floor. Why does it bump? Video: 链接: https://pan.baidu.com/s/1OzWiuwy9w_d7RyeFYg3JwA 提取码: 2yiy

Are you applying some discontinuous control? Perhaps that can cause your robot to bump.

Another possibility is that you are observing very small inaccuracies of the physics engine (contacts solver). Try a smaller timestep or a different engine.

Hello,

your video is not accessible (anymore).
Or can you share your scene?

Cheers
